Mission Offerings – A mission envelope was sent home today and may be brought back anytime this week.

Spelling Words – Spelling words for Unit 9 were sent home today.

Math Test – Friday we will have a math test. A practice test, which is optional to complete, will be given to the students on Tuesday.

Classroom Singing – I just wanted to share with you how pleased I am with the students’ singing in the classroom. It brings a smile to my face and warms my heart listening to them whole-heartedly sing hymns and praises to Jesus!

Singing in Church - Singing in Church – Grades 3-5 sing this Sunday at the 11:15 a.m. worship service. We will meet in the 5th grade classroom at 11:00 to warm up. The students will then sit with their families during the service and come forward when it’s time to sing.

Reformation Service – This Sunday, October 26th, at 4:00 p.m. we will be hosting the Bay Area Reformation Service. People from other areas WELS churches will also be joining us for this special service. Invite a friend or neighbor to join us in celebrating the reform back to the true Christian teachings according to the Bible.

Fall Musical – This Friday, October 24th, at 7:00 p.m., students in grades 1-3 will perform the fall musical “Go Fish!” The dress rehearsal is Thursday, October 23rd, at 9:45 a.m., which all students will be attending.

End of the 1st Quarter – This Friday marks the end of the 1st quarter! Can you believe it? Where did the time go?!!? Report cards will be sent home next week.

School Picture Retakes – If you are unhappy with your child’s school picture, retakes will be next Monday, October 27th. A sheet regarding picture retakes was sent home today. Remember that you must return the original package with the pictures uncut.
