Mission Offerings – A mission envelope was sent home today and may be brought back anytime this week.
Spelling Words – Spelling words for unit 21 were sent home today.
Valentine’s Day – We will be having a short Valentine’s party this Friday, February 13th. I have not had any offers to supply a treat or drinks for our little party. If you’d be willing to supply something, please let me know by Tuesday, February 10th. Please remember that if your child plans to hand out valentines that he/she should give one to each member in the class to avoid hurt feelings.
Midterm Reports – This week marks the midway point in the third quarter. The students will be bringing home a progress report on Friday. Please sign and return the bottom portion to school after viewing your child’s grades and discussing them with your child.
No School – Next week, February 16-20, there is no school! Monday is Presidents’ Day, and Wednesday through Friday the teachers will be at a conference at St. Peter in Modesto. Tuesday’s just a freebie day since it doesn’t make sense to go to school for one day in the middle of the week! J
Spirit Week – Please remember that the week we return to school, February 23-27, is Spirit Week! Information about Spirit Week was sent home a couple weeks ago. As a reminder, here is what the days are:
