Thank You – A HUGE, ENORMOUS, GIGANTIC thank you to all who either contributed money, helped plan events, helped supervise children, personally gave me gifts, or helped in any other way last week for “Teacher Appreciation Week!” What a GREAT week it was! We are so blessed to have supportive families to work with! THANK YOU!

Spring Musical – The 4th-8th grade students who participated in “Recess” did an outstanding job! I certainly enjoyed watching the performance and I’m pretty sure that everyone who saw it was impressed by the talented children that we have at Apostles! All that hard work of practicing paid off in the end! Great job!

Ascension Service - Next Thursday, May 21st, is our Ascension service at 7:00 p.m. We will be meeting in our classroom at 6:45 p.m. and sitting together as a class.

End-of-the-Year Field Trip – Please note that our final field trip will be on Monday, June 1st.

Collaboration Day – This Friday, May 15th, classes will dismiss at noon due to a collaboration afternoon for the faculty.

Substitute Teacher – I will not be here this Friday so the children will have a substitute teacher. The reason for my absence is that I recently completed all of the work necessary for my graduate program, so I will be heading to New Ulm, MN, to participate in the graduation service, where I will receive a Master of Science in Education degree.
